I started a new game of ポケモンY in Japanese. Fortunately, I was able to understand the intro a decent amount, but we'll see about the rest of the game! I had the option to either have kanji or not, so I chose without. Once I learn more kanji I will replay the game with it enabled.
I'll be posting pictures of my adventures through the game!

I though Pokemon X and Y were pretty great, I cried at the scene with AZ and the whole detective bit in the city was interesting. Which starter did you choose for your Japanese playthrough?

Deleteいいですね～。ハリマロンはかわいいです。I almost chose Chespin, but then I decided that firefox wizards were very appealing. Out of all the fire starters you've used, which has been your favorite? Out of all the starters my favorite is probably Treecko to be honest.
DeleteI've actually only recently played ポケモン again, so I suppose my favorite starter is Cyndaquil, which becomes Typhlosion, from Gold version since that was my favorite game as a kid.
